Directions for use:

• Sprinkle PlaqueOff for Dogs onto your pet’s food once daily.
• PlaqueOff may be added to either wet or dry food.

Dosage

Dog Size: Small Dog (Up to 10kg)

   Scoop per day: ½ - 1 scoop

Dog Size: Medium Dog (10 – 25kg)

   Scoop per day: 1 – 2 scoops

Dog Size: Large Dog (Over 25kg)

   Scoop per day: 2 – 3 scoops

• Animals with Hypothyroidism should not be given PlaqueOff
