The water function is leaking

They doesn’t like it. Feel so bad

Do not buy this

I wish I could give a 0 star review for the product and lack of customer care I received for this fountain. The heating function does not keep water "warm" at all, the indicator led says keeping water to 21c - 23c but my thermometer shows the water is much below that and still cold to touch. Furthermore, there seems to be no way for the machine to tell that it is over filling itself and will often flood the area around it by overfilling with water and spilling off from the sides. I have contacted support at Petso and PIDAN only to receive 0 response after waiting 3 months. For $79.00 I expected it to do much better. (Yes, this thing has been "on sale" since August) Do not buy.
