I spoke to someone at Perso over the chatbox attached to the website, i asked how many filters did the fountain came with as when you buy from Petkit it comes with 5 and unfortunately Petkit didnt have stock of this fountain so i wanted to confirm it was the same bundle and i was told 5 filters came with the fountain so i placed the order based on that. I received the fountain very quickly and to my surprise, when i opened it, there was only 1 filter, i reached out to Petso over the chat box again and asked why i only received one when i had been told there were 5 that came with the fountain, but got no reply, then i tried again and realised your business had no intetion to reply to me. Very disappointing. I need to buy filters and desicant for the feeder and an automatic litter box but i don;t think i will give Peso a go again as i also reached out today with questions about the filters and your stuff first didnt know the answers and i had to push for answers, they went back to speak to someone and then when they got answers, they gave me the wrong answers/information; so iwent and checked with Petkit directly and have confirmed you gave me the wrong details again..... Isuppose i wont be buying from Petso again. As for the fountain... yes, it does the job and the cats are using it but it took them a while to get used to it, It gets noisy when the water is runing low.
