I ordered a pet collar in size M, but I received size S instead. I’m also still waiting for a separate item from my order—the Fish Catnip (x3)—which has not yet been delivered.
This was my first time ordering from Petso, so my first impression has been very disappointing.
I emailed their customer service and clearly explained the issue, but I only received an AI-generated reply asking for information that I had already provided in my original email. I also tried calling their customer service number (1300 755 078), but the recording said the number was disconnected.
At this point, I’m starting to wonder whether this is a legitimate business because I haven’t been able to reach a real person for assistance. I’m very frustrated and hope someone from Petso will respond and resolve this issue as soon as possible.
