Website misleading

Website states order will be despatched within 48 hours. When this didn’t happen, I contacted Petso for an update and was told it takes 8-10 business days as they are busy. I replied stating what website says and asked them to send asap. I didn’t hear back from them, but order was despatched quicker than 8-10 business days. No reflection of this on website. So be aware if ordering and needing quickly.

Calm Pets

I try to do as much as I can to help my dogs be stress free when we're out. We are retired so are at home a lot with the pets so it's very strange for them when we do go out. I use the Adaptil diffuser and play dog calming music.
We have used a noise activation app to see if there's any noise recorded while we are out and happy to say there is very little recorded. That makes me happy they aren't annoying the neighbours, but most importantly they must be content.
