  • Free standard shipping on orders $69 and over to NSW, VIC, ACT, QLD Metro and SA Metro. Orders under $69 are charged a flat $10 shipping fee.
  • Standard delivery typically arrives within 2–5 business days, depending on location and courier.
  • We deliver to all areas of NSW, VIC and ACT (metro, regional and rural), to capital cities and major metro areas of QLD and SA, and to Perth, Outer Perth and regional Tasmania. Remote WA, TAS and NT areas are charged at Australia Post rates.
  • Trusted carriers include Australia Post, Direct Freight, Border Express and Aramex.

For eligible orders over $99 delivered close to our warehouses, Petso Priority uses our own internal delivery service. Orders are usually arranged within 48 business hours, with enhanced communication and free redelivery if required. Next-day delivery is available in select areas.
