Petso Subscribe & Save: Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Petso Subscribe & Save program. Our auto-delivery service ensures you never run out of your pet's essentials while enjoying guaranteed savings. By enrolling in a Subscribe & Save plan, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. How Subscribe & Save Works

When you select the "Subscribe & Save" option for an eligible product, you are signing up for continuous, recurring shipments of that product at your chosen frequency (every 2, 3, 4, 6, or 8 weeks).

• First Order Discount: You will receive 15% off the current regular retail price for your initial subscription order.
• Renewal Discount: For all subsequent recurring orders, you will receive 10% off the current regular retail price.

2. Pricing and Price Fluctuations

Important: Subscribe & Save does not lock in a specific price for the lifetime of your subscription. The discount percentage is locked in, but it is applied to the current regular retail price at the time your order is processed. You will receive a reminder email before each upcoming order, detailing the exact price you will be charged.

3. Order Processing and Automatic Payments

By enrolling, you expressly authorise Petso to automatically charge your nominated payment method on a recurring basis. Charges will be processed automatically without further authorisation. If your payment method fails, we will notify you to update your billing details and may pause shipments until resolved.

4. Managing Your Subscription: Flexibility and Cancellation

There are no lock-in contracts. Through the Customer Portal in your Petso account, you can at any time pause or skip, adjust frequency, update your shipping address or payment method, or cancel entirely.

Cancellation Rule: Cancellations or modifications must be made before your next scheduled order processing date. Once an order has been processed and billed, it is subject to our standard Returns & Refunds Policy.

5. Product Availability and Substitutions

Subscribe & Save is currently available on our Cat Litter range, with more categories coming soon. We cannot guarantee permanent product availability. If a subscribed product becomes out of stock or is discontinued, we will notify you and will not charge you. We will never automatically substitute a different product without your explicit consent.

6. Promotions and Stacking Rules

The Subscribe & Save discount generally cannot be combined with other promotional codes, coupons, or sitewide sales unless explicitly stated. To take advantage of a one-off sale that exceeds your subscription discount, you may pause your subscription and place a standard order.

7. Account Abuse and Fair Use

Customers are strictly prohibited from repeatedly subscribing to claim the 15% first-order discount and then immediately cancelling and re-subscribing to the same product. Petso reserves the right to cancel subscriptions, revoke discounts, or suspend accounts found to be abusing the program.

8. General Disclaimer and Liability

• Veterinary Advice: Products purchased through Subscribe & Save do not substitute for professional veterinary advice. Always consult your vet regarding your pet's specific needs.
• Price Disclaimer: Discounts are applied to the regular retail price at time of processing. Petso reserves the right to adjust retail pricing at any time; the discount percentage remains consistent but the final dollar saving may vary.
• Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, Petso shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the Subscribe & Save service, including delivery delays or out-of-stock products.
• Changes to Terms: Petso reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Continued participation constitutes acceptance.
• Program Termination: Petso reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Subscribe & Save program at any time with reasonable notice to affected subscribers.
