  3. Once verified, we'll match the competitor's price on your order.

Price Match Conditions

  • The competitor must be an Australian-based retailer with the item in stock and available for sale.
  • The product must be identical — same brand, model, size, colour and condition (new).
  • Price Match applies to the advertised product price only and excludes shipping and delivery fees.
  • Price Match excludes membership prices, auto-delivery prices, subscription prices, and clearance/liquidation pricing.
  • The request must be made on an item Petso currently stocks and sells.
  • Petso reserves the right to verify the competitor's price and decline matches that don't meet these conditions.
