Petso Rhodes & Melrose Park Pet Store: What to Expect When You Visit

Shopping for pet supplies online is convenient, but sometimes you want to see, touch, and try products before you buy — especially for big-ticket items like pet carriers, strollers, and smart litter boxes. That's where Petso's two Sydney stores come in.

Our Two Store Locations

Petso operates two physical stores in Sydney, making it easy for pet owners across the city to visit:

• Petso Rhodes — 9-11 Leeds Street, Rhodes NSW 2138. Conveniently located near Rhodes train station and the Rhodes shopping precinct.
• Petso Melrose Park — 27/350 Settlement Road, Thomastown VIC 3074 (Melbourne Warehouse). Our Melbourne distribution centre also welcomes walk-in customers.

Try Before You Buy: Carriers, Strollers & More

One of the biggest advantages of visiting us in-store is the ability to try products with your pet. Our team encourages you to bring your dog or cat along to test:

• Pet carriers and backpacks — Check the fit, ventilation, and comfort before purchasing
• Pet strollers — Test the fold mechanism, wheel smoothness, and cabin size
• Smart litter boxes — See the CATLINK and PETKIT units in action
• Harnesses and leads — Ensure the perfect fit for your pet

Walk-ins are always welcome. No appointment needed. Feel free to bring your pet!

What's Available In-Store

Our stores carry a curated selection of our most popular products across all categories:

Online vs In-Store: Which is Right for You?

Our online store at petso.com.au offers our full range of 3,000+ products with free shipping on orders over $79 and same-day dispatch. But if you're buying a carrier, stroller, or any product where fit and feel matters, we highly recommend visiting us in-store first.
