METRO AREAS

• FREE DELIVERY for orders worth $69 and ABOVE.
• $10 FLAT-RATE delivery for orders worth $68.99 and BELOW.

 

RURAL AREAS

The shipping fee applies to orders that ship to the rural areas of NSW, VIC, ACT, QLD and SA. Freight is calculated by the actual total weight of the order. 

 

WA, TAS, & NT STATES

METRO AREAS

• $10 FLAT RATE for orders worth $69 and above.
• $20 FLAT RATE for orders worth $68.99 and below.

 

RURAL AREAS

The shipping fee applies to orders that were shipped to the rural areas of WA, TAS and NT. Freight is calculated by the actual total weight of the order. 

Reminder: For items within your order that are out of stock, (and won’t have any stock replenishment for a while), a refund will be provided to the customer depending on the amount paid for the said item/s that is/are unavailable, and we will ship the rest items from your order that are fully processed.

 

DELIVERY TERMS & CONDITIONS

We take pride in our swift and organized processing of orders.

• ALL orders made between Monday to Thursday, 10AM – 5PM, and before 2PM on Friday will be shipped within 48 hours of receipt. 
• Orders placed after 2PM on Friday and weekends are due for processing by Monday the following week or the next business day (if a public holiday falls on a business day). 

We will update the tracking for your order once a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier. The estimated delivery time is based on the location. 

• For metro areas, the delivery time is approx. 3 business days.
• For rural areas, the delivery time may take up to 5 business days.
